175Z Verifying information in disclosure documents
Regulations may require information contained in a disclosure document (other than an annual return under Division 2B) lodged with the Electoral Commissioner under this Part to be verified or substantiated in accordance with the regulations.

175ZA. Non‑compliance with Part does not affect election
A failure of a person to comply with a provision of this Part in relation to an election does not invalidate that election.
Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), if the agent of a candidate who is elected at an election fails to comply with a provision of this Part in relation to the election, that failure does not invalidate the election of the candidate.
Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), if the agent of a group, being a group one or more of the persons included in which is or are elected at an election, fails to comply with a provision of this Part in relation to the election, that failure does not invalidate the election of the person or persons.
