175V Payments due to State, recovery of
(1)
An action in a court to recover an amount due to the State under section 175LH(4), 175LI(2) or 175R(5) may be brought in the name of the State by the Electoral Commissioner.
(2)
Any process in the action required to be served on the State may be served on the Electoral Commissioner.
