5G Delegation by Electoral Commissioner
The Electoral Commissioner may, by written notice, delegate a function of the Electoral Commissioner under this Act, other than the power to delegate a function, to an officer.
The Electoral Commissioner may, by written notice, delegate a function of the Electoral Commissioner under another written law to the Deputy Electoral Commissioner.
A delegation under subsection (1) or (1A) may be general or limited in accordance with the written notice.
Nothing in this section is to be read as limiting the ability of the Electoral Commissioner to act through officers in the normal course of operations.
