97C Provisional voting when enrolled under s. 47

(1)

If a person claiming under section 96C(1) or 97A(1)(a) to vote in an election at a polling place has been enrolled under section 47(3)(g), an officer working at the polling place must require the person to make a prescribed declaration before the officer.

(2)

A person who makes a declaration as required under subsection (1) may vote as a provisional voter.
