97E Provisional voting when name cannot be found on roll

A person who claims under section 96C(1) or 97A(1)(a) to vote in an election at a polling place may vote as a provisional voter if —

(a)

the person’s name cannot be found on the roll by an officer working at the polling place; and

(b)

section 97D is not applicable; and

(c)

the person makes a prescribed declaration before the officer.
