97F Provisional voting if record made that person has received ballot paper
A person who claims under section 96C(1) or 97A(1)(a) to vote in an election at a polling place may vote as a provisional voter if —
(a)
the person’s name is on a roll but a record has been made in respect of their name on the roll under section 98A(1)(b), 100D(5)(a) or 102C(2); and
(b)
the person claims that they have not received a ballot paper for the election; and
(c)
the person makes a prescribed declaration before an officer working at the polling place.
