120R References to contravening regulations, Pilbara Networks Access Code or Pilbara networks rules
A reference in this Division to contravening a provision of the regulations or the Pilbara Networks Access Code or the Pilbara networks rules includes a reference to —
attempting to contravene the provision; or
aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring a person to contravene the provision; or
inducing, or attempting to induce, a person, whether by threats or promises or otherwise, to contravene the provision; or
being in any way, directly or indirectly, knowingly concerned in, or party to, the contravention by a person of the provision; or
conspiring with others to contravene the provision.
