120U Criminal proceedings do not lie
(1)
Criminal proceedings (including proceedings under The Criminal Code section 177 or 178) do not lie against a person by reason only that the person has contravened a provision of the Pilbara Networks Access Code.
(2)
Nothing in subsection (1) affects section 120S.
