59ZJ Right of registration holder to make submissions
Subject to section 59ZP(3), the Authority must not take any action under section 59ZI(2)(b) to (e) unless the Authority has notified the registration holder —
of the proposed action and the reasons for it; and
that the registration holder may within the period specified in the notice show cause why the action should not be taken.
The Authority must consider any response of the registration holder given within the period specified in the notice.
The Authority must make its decision within 30 business days after the end of the period specified in the notice.
The Authority must notify the registration holder of its decision.
