59ZL Recovery of penalty, costs and expenses
The Authority may recover the following in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due by the registration holder to the State —
(a)
a penalty imposed under section 59ZI(2)(c);
(b)
the costs and expenses of any action taken under section 59ZI(2)(d).
