59ZM Enforceable undertakings
(1)
This section applies if the Authority accepts an undertaking under section 59ZI(2)(a).
(2)
The registration holder may, with the consent of the Authority, withdraw or amend an undertaking.
(3)
The Authority may withdraw its acceptance of an undertaking at any time and the undertaking ceases to be in force on that withdrawal.
(4)
The Authority may publish on the Authority’s website an undertaking accepted under section 59ZI(2)(a).
