94 Revocation of approval
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the Authority may, by instrument in writing, revoke the status of a scheme as an approved scheme if it is satisfied that the scheme no longer meets the objectives referred to in section 93.
(2)
In exercising the power of revocation the Authority must —
(a)
follow any prescribed procedure; and
(b)
comply with any other prescribed requirements.
(3)
A copy of an instrument under subsection (1) is to be laid before each House of Parliament within 14 sitting days of that House after the day on which the revocation took effect.
