21 Sub‑committees
The SEMC may establish such sub‑committees as it thinks fit to advise the SEMC on any aspect of its functions or to assist with any matters relevant to the performance of its functions.
A sub‑committee may, but need not, consist of or include members of the SEMC.
The SEMC may remove a person from membership of a sub‑committee and may reconstitute or discharge a sub‑committee.
The SEMC may give directions to a sub‑committee with respect to the performance of its functions and its procedures and the sub‑committee is to comply with any such direction.
Subject to the directions of the SEMC, a sub‑committee may determine its own procedures.
