25 Annual report of SEMC
(1)
As soon as is practicable after the end of each financial year the SEMC is to prepare and submit to the Minister an annual report on activities undertaken by it during the financial year.
(2)
The Minister is to cause the report to be laid before each House of Parliament as soon as is practicable after it is prepared.
