62 Western Australian Energy Disputes Arbitrator
(1)
An office of the Western Australian Energy Disputes Arbitrator is established.
(2)
The arbitrator is to be appointed by the Governor.
(3)
The arbitrator is not required to devote the whole of his or her time to the performance of the functions of office.
