77 Commercial Arbitration Act 2012 does not apply
The arbitrator is not an arbitrator within the meaning of the Commercial Arbitration Act 2012, and the dispute resolution processes involved in performing the arbitrator’s functions mentioned in section 73(1) are not arbitrations within the meaning of that Act.
