73 Functions
(1)
The arbitrator has the functions conferred on the arbitrator —
(a)
by or under the National Gas Access (WA) Act 2009; or
(b)
by or under the Electricity Industry Act 2004; or
[(c) deleted]
(da)
under the Gas Supply (Gas Quality Specifications) Act 2009; or
(d)
by regulations referred to in section 74 of this Act; or
(e)
by section 56 of this Act.
(2)
The arbitrator may do all things that are necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of the arbitrator’s functions.
