11M Terms and conditions of licence
A licence is subject to such terms and conditions as are determined by the Authority.
Without limiting subsection (1), the terms and conditions may include provisions relating to any matter provided for by Schedule 1A.

The terms and conditions of licences that —
have the same classification under section 11D(1); and
apply in the same supply area or part of a supply area,
must be substantially similar, except to the extent that the Authority considers that —
it is not practicable to make them substantially similar; or
a difference is necessary to reflect particular supply circumstances.
The terms and conditions of a licence must not be inconsistent with —
the National Gas Access (Western Australia) Law; or
regulations made under section 15 of the Gas Standards Act 1972.
