The Authority must ensure that notice of the grant, renewal or transfer of a licence is published in the Gazette as soon as is practicable after the grant, renewal or transfer.

The notice is to include —

the date of the grant, renewal or transfer;

the name and business address of the licensee;

the term of the licence;

the supply area or areas, or the part or parts of a supply area, to which the licence applies; and

the place where a copy of the licence and any plan may be inspected under section 11U.

The Authority must ensure that written notice of a decision to refuse to grant, renew, or approve the transfer of, a licence, together with a statement of the reasons for the decision, is given to the applicant within 14 days after the decision is made.
