Transfer of licence

In force

(1)

A licence cannot be transferred except with the approval of the Authority.

(2)

Approval for the purposes of subsection (1) may be given on such terms and conditions as are determined by the Authority.

(3)

An application for approval to transfer a licence is to be —

(a)

made in a form approved by the Authority; and

(b)

accompanied by the prescribed application fee.

(4)

An applicant must also provide such other information as the Authority may request for the proper consideration of the application.
