18B Decision by Minister
(1)
After receiving the report of the Authority or the CEO in relation to an application for approval under regulation 17, the Minister may grant, or may refuse to grant, the approval.
(2)
An approval under subregulation (1) may be made —
(a)
to have effect for a specified time; and
(b)
subject to any condition.
(3)
Despite any other of these regulations, an approval under subregulation (1) has effect according to its terms.
