19C Ancillary conditions: venue approval

(1)

The CEO may in a venue approval designate a condition imposed on the venue approval under regulation 19B(12)(e), (f) or (g) as an ancillary condition.

(2)

In the case of a condition imposed on a venue approval under regulation 19B(12)(e) or (f) and designated as an ancillary condition under subregulation (1), each of the following must ensure the condition is implemented —

(a)

the occupier of the venue;

(b)

a person who holds an event at the venue.

Penalty: a fine of $5 000.

(3)

In the case of a condition imposed on a venue approval under regulation 19B(12)(g) and designated as an ancillary condition under subregulation (1), the occupier of the venue must ensure the condition is implemented.

Penalty: a fine of $5 000.
