18F Effect of breach of condition or revocation of approval

(1)

If a condition, other than a condition designated as an ancillary condition under regulation 18D, subject to which an approval under regulation 18B(1) is given is breached —

(a)

the approval is suspended and of no effect for so long as the breach continues; and

(b)

the standards prescribed under these regulations apply to the emission of noise to which the approval applied.

(2)

If an approval is revoked under regulation 18E —

(a)

the approval ceases to have effect; and

(b)

the standards prescribed under these regulations apply to the emission of noise to which the approval applied.
