19M Regulations as to disclosure of protected communications
The Governor may make regulations as to —
the forms to be used for an application for leave and the supporting affidavit; and
the manner in which a protected communication is to be described in an application for leave or the supporting affidavit; and
other matters to be included in an application for leave or the supporting affidavit; and
the procedure relating to an application for leave; and
any other matter that is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for the purposes of the protection provisions.
