10 Act binds Crown
(1)
This Act binds the Crown not only in right of Western Australia but also, so far as the legislative power of Parliament permits, the Crown in all its other capacities.
(2)
This Act applies to and in respect of the Crown in any of its capacities to the same extent as if the Crown were, in that capacity, a body corporate.
(3)
Nothing in this Act makes the Crown in any capacity liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
(4)
The protection in subsection (3) does not apply to an authority of the Crown.
(5)
This section is subject to Part 3 Division 4.
