15 Inconsistencies with other enactments
(1)
This section applies if a provision of the Australian Consumer Law (WA) Part 3‑3 or an applied regulation is inconsistent with —
(a)
a provision of an Act specified in Schedule 1; or
(b)
a provision of an instrument made under an Act so specified.
(2A)
In subsection (1) —
applied regulation means a regulation that —
(a)
is referred to in section 19(1)(b); and
(b)
is applied by section 19(2)(a); and
(c)
has effect for the purposes of the Australian Consumer Law (WA) Part 3‑3.
(2)
If this section applies, the provision of the Act so specified, or of the instrument, prevails.
