210 Fraudulent possession and use of licence card
A person commits an offence if the person —
(a)
being the holder of a licence card, parts with possession of it in order that it can be used by any other person; or
(b)
uses or attempts to use a licence card issued to another person to obtain possession of any firearm or related thing; or
(c)
fraudulently obtains, is in possession of, or uses a licence card.
Penalty: a fine of $5 000.
