212 Unlawful possession of firearm or major firearm part
(1)
A person must not possess a firearm or major firearm part unless the person is authorised to do so by a licence or permit.
(2)
A reference in this Division to unlawful possession of a firearm or major firearm part is a reference to possession of the firearm or major firearm part in contravention of subsection (1).
