Cleansing and disinfecting to be carried out as directed

Where under this Part, a person is directed to cleanse and disinfect an infected carrier or potential carrier that person must carry out that cleansing and disinfecting —

(a)

at a time and place and in such manner as is directed by an authorised person; and

(b)

to the satisfaction of the authorised person.

Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
