125 Person must not obstruct or hinder authorised person
A person must not —
(a)
hinder or obstruct an authorised person exercising any power or performing any function conferred or imposed under this Part; or
(b)
fail to comply with a direction given by an authorised person under this Part.
Penalty: a fine of $1 500.
