(1)
This by‑law applies to the parking of vehicles in a parking station.
(2)
Any sign that —
(a)
was placed by The Western Australian Government Railways Commission prior to the coming into operation of the Public Transport Authority Act 2003 Part 7 Division 2; and
(b)
relates to the parking or standing of vehicles within a parking station,
is deemed, for the purposes of this by‑law, to have been placed by the Authority under the authority of this by‑law.
