22 Powers of authorised person
Authorised persons are authorised —
(a)
to carry into effect the provisions of this by‑law;
(b)
to report to the Authority on the working, effectiveness and functioning of this by‑law; and
(c)
to recommend to the Authority the institution of prosecutions.
