110W Declaration about validity of directive or treatment decision
(1)
The State Administrative Tribunal may declare that —
(a)
an advance health directive; or
(b)
a treatment decision in an advance health directive,
is valid or invalid.
(2)
A declaration made under subsection (1) has effect according to its terms.
