110Z Declaration that treatment decision has been revoked
(1)
The State Administrative Tribunal may declare that a treatment decision in an advance health directive is taken to have been revoked under section 110S(6).
(2)
A declaration made under subsection (1) has effect according to its terms.
(3)
The Tribunal may revoke a declaration made under subsection (1).
