110X Declaration of incapacity of maker
The State Administrative Tribunal may declare that the maker of an advance health directive is unable to make reasonable judgments in respect of the treatment to which a treatment decision in the directive applies.
A declaration made under subsection (1) has effect according to its terms.
The Tribunal may revoke a declaration made under subsection (1).

110Y. Directions as to construction of terms etc.
The State Administrative Tribunal may give directions as to matters connected with —
the giving of effect to a treatment decision in an advance health directive; or
the construction of the terms of an advance health directive.
