179 Conservation orders
On and from commencement day —
a conservation order made under the 1990 Act section 59(2)(a) that is in effect on commencement day is taken to be a consent order for the purposes of this Act; and
a conservation order made under the 1990 Act section 59(2)(b) that is in effect on commencement day is taken to be a stop work order for the purposes of this Act; and
a conservation order made under the 1990 Act section 59(4) that is in effect on commencement day is taken to be a continuing protection order for the purposes of this Act.
Without limiting subsection (1), section 61 applies to a conservation order that is taken under this section to be a consent order, stop work order or continuing protection order.
