180 Heritage agreements
A Heritage Agreement entered into under the 1990 Act section 29 that is in effect on commencement day —
(a)
continues to have effect as if it were a heritage agreement certified under section 90(5); and
(b)
continues to bind any successors in title in relation to interests in the land to which the agreement applies, to the extent to which successors in title would have been bound under the 1990 Act.
