18 Publication of code of conduct
(1)
The Commissioner must —
(a)
publish a code of conduct in the Gazette; and
(b)
make a code of conduct publicly available free of charge.
(2)
The Commissioner may comply with subsection (1)(b) in any way the Commissioner considers appropriate.
