19 Application of Interpretation Act 1984 to code of conduct

A code of conduct is subsidiary legislation for the purposes of the Interpretation Act 1984.
(2)
The Interpretation Act 1984 section 42 applies to a code of conduct as if a code of conduct were regulations.
