31 Certain evidence inadmissible
(1)
In this section —
proceeding means a legal or other action or proceeding, other than an action or proceeding under this Act.
(2)
In a proceeding all of the following are not admissible in evidence —
(a)
the making of an application for a disease test authorisation;
(b)
the giving of a disease test authorisation;
(c)
the results of an analysis of a sample under this Act.
