32 Protection from liability
No civil or criminal liability attaches to a person for the performance, or purported performance, in good faith, of a function under this Act.
If a person conducting an analysis of a sample under this Act discloses the results of the analysis to a person referred to in section 29(2), the disclosure is not to be regarded as —
a breach of any duty of confidentiality or secrecy imposed by law; or
a breach of professional ethics or standards or any principles of conduct applicable to the person’s employment; or
unprofessional conduct.
