2 The Motor Vehicles Instructors Amendment Regulations 1996 r. 6 is a transitional provision that is of no further effect.
3 The Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2001 r. 9 and Sch. 1 and 2 are transitional and saving provisions that are of no further effect.
