25 Recall to duty — drug testing
(1)
When a member is off‑duty but that member has been involved in a critical incident during the previous shift and has not been the subject of a drug test that member may be recalled to duty by an approved person for the purposes of drug testing.
(2)
When a member has been involved in a critical incident while off‑duty and has not been the subject of a drug test that member may be recalled to duty by an approved person for the purposes of drug testing.
(3)
A selected member cannot be tested under this regulation at his or her place of residence.
(4)
This regulation applies in addition to regulation 26.
