1308 Ineligibility for benefits where incapacity own fault
(1)
A member who suffers illness or injury through his or her fault or misconduct is not entitled to paid leave in respect of absence from duty resulting from that illness or injury.
(2)
A member who suffers illness or injury through his or her fault or misconduct is not entitled in respect of that illness or injury to receive the benefits provided for by regulation 1306.
