1312 Examination arranged by Commissioner
The Commissioner may direct a member to submit to examination, at the expense of the Commissioner, by one or more medical practitioners nominated in each instance by the Commissioner and the member shall obey such a direction.
Where a member has been examined under subregulation (1) and the examining medical practitioner expresses the opinion in writing to the Commissioner that the member is unfit for duty because of illness or injury, the Commissioner may direct the member to apply for leave on that ground and the member shall obey such a direction.
