114EA Immunity from liability for acts or omissions of port users
(1)
A port authority is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from an act or omission of a person who is, or is acting on behalf of, a user of its port.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not affect any liability a port authority might have for breach of contract.
