27 Power to sell land, restrictions on
(1)
The power of a port authority to sell port land does not extend to Crown land.
(2)
A port authority must get the Minister’s approval before it sells port land.
(3)
In this section —
sell means dispose of, convey and transfer, in fee simple or for a lesser estate, for consideration or by way of exchange, and includes grant an option to purchase or a right of first refusal to purchase.
