Intention presumed in some cases

52 Intention presumed in some cases

(1)

A person loitering in or frequenting a place in circumstances giving reasonable grounds for suspecting that the person had an intention described in section 5(4)(b) or 6(3)(b) is to be presumed to have had that intention unless the contrary is proved.

(2)

A person doing anything in circumstances giving reasonable grounds for suspecting that the person had an intention described in section 16(2) is to be presumed to have had that intention unless the contrary is proved.
