9 Promoting employment in prostitution industry

A person is not to publish or cause to be published a statement that is intended or likely to induce a person to —

(a)

seek employment as, or act as, a prostitute; or

(b)

seek employment in any other capacity in any business involving the provision of prostitution.

Penalty: $50 000.
