17 Co‑option and consultants

(1)

The Council may co‑opt any person having relevant specialised knowledge or experience, but a person so co‑opted is not entitled to a vote.

(2)

The Council has power, subject to the approval of the Minister and on such terms and conditions as the Minister may determine, to invite or engage any body or person to act in an advisory capacity to the Council in relation to any or all aspects of the functions of the Council.
